At Juliette Has A Gun we offer free delivery on all orders from $50 for all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Our delivery options are USPS (Standard delivery) and UPS (Express delivery).
Shipping times may vary depending on the state we’re shipping to:
- Standard delivery (USPS) : 3 to 6 business days.
- Express delivery (UPS) : 2 to 3 business days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume you’ve ordered doesn’t suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”
Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.

I was a little bummed when I saw that the fragrance inclosed in my Aug. Ipsy glam bag was a vanilla dominated fragrance. I've just never been a fan of vanilla scents, but in order to give it a review I tried it on. Oh Man, let me tell you how pleasantly surprised I was with this well rounded and beautifully unique fragrance. It's my new favorite and I am hooked. Not to mention, I Get compliments everytime I wear it. Now after reading some of the reviews I think I'm going to have to try more in that line but first to save up for a full size bottle of Vanilla Vibes. I absolutely love this perfume. Vanilla Vibes, It's a fresh clean scent, not over powering. It puts me in a good mood every time I wear it. And I get compliments every time I wear it.

I've always been in love with JGAG Not a Perfume, but these others.....I can't chose! I put them all in a dish and grab one in the morning to put on. That's how I choose for the day. Addicted.
