What is your return/exchange policy?
Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume you’ve ordered doesn’t suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”
Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

You must have met the coolest TSA ladies out there!! On a more serious note we strongly recommend removing its cap while going through security at any airport, just to save you some time...

I adore your brand, but it’s very bad, the cap opens tightly, there are remnants of some kind of glue frozen on the lid, there are also some strange stains inside the cap itself, i’m very disappointed
