    Not a Perfume is a true skin scent, due to its contruction based around one single note, cetalox. Usually used in perfumery only as a base note, here it takes the central stage.

    The result? A perfume with musky, woody and ambery notes, the perfect "my skin but better" fragrance. Thanks to its fresh notes, Not a Perfume can easily be worn by any gender.

    • How to use it

      Spray the fragrance directly onto the skin on pulse points (neck, inside of wrists and elbows,...) letting it air dry without rubbing it.
      For even better longevity, spray it on top of an unscented body lotion.

    • How to store it

      For better preservation of your fragrances, store them ideally in a dark and cool space, keeping them away from the sunshine.

    “If my different creations had one thing in common, it would be the presence of Cetalox, an ingredient I am particularly fond of.
    I use it regularly to bring elegance to my creations because of its unique and inimitable woody, musky finesse.
    So this time I have created a perfume out of this one ingredient.
    A perfume that won’t be one in the conventional sense of the term because it’s not a composition"

    What I wanted glossier you to be

    I find this to be a softer, more delicate version of glossier you. Less in your face and headache-inducing. Just a soft, clean, fresh skin-like scent that is lovely.

    Allergy girlies Rejoice!

    I have bad allergies so I am quite sensitive to most perfumes. Not a Perfume is the first perfume I have been able to wear without any issues at all. My mom has the same allergy issues and I gave her the sample that came with the bottle I ordered. she loved it too and didn't have any negative reactions to it. This smells so clean and light, you really can't go wrong with Not a Perfume. This will be my signature scent for life!

    A New Timeless Classic

    Usually when we call something "one-note" we're implying it's boring, stale, uninteresting. Not so with Not a Perfume. Cetalox has all the complexity of other scents with their layered top, middle, and base notes, but with the added benefit of simplicity. The scent is clean, floral and musky all at once without needing competing notes to achieve that.

    Simple on the surface, complex in its depth, and perfect for anyone who likes to make an impression without overwhelming. This has been my signature scent for years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future.

    I love Not a Perfume, it's the perfect undercover perfume (especially when you work in a workplace that has a "scent free", meaning no strong colognes allowed). I also like the Superdose, but it's a little too strong. Smelling good is therapeutic for me, it brings me joy, and peace, so I love that I can still have my scent undercover 🥰

    I had been looking for a light and more elegant everyday scent for a while. Many other fragrances I found were just too harsh. I understand some people say they cannot smell this fragrance on themselves. I would definitely suggest trying a sample, or a tester in store. It is light but very attractive. It’s great to layer with other fragrances or even scented body oils. I love it so much that I want to buy the whole “not a” line of products <3

    on some people it's very discreet while on others, it just blooms✨ you gotta try it directly on the skin to know for sure! it layers especially beautifully with our Not a Body Oil and Not a Shower Gel since you're interested😏
