    Shipping costs and times

    Please note, order processing can take up to two business days.

    Orders over $100 - Standard Ground - 3-6 business days - Free (with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii) (Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 4 weeks to deliver)

    Orders less than $50 - Standard Ground - 3-6 business days - $8.50

    Orders $50-$100 - Standard Ground - 3-6 business days - $10.00

    Expedited shipping - 2 business days - $20.00

    Canada Standard ground - 3-10 business days - $35.00

    Can I have my order delivered to the address of my choice?

    Yes, you may chose your delivery address. In your personal account, you may save several addresses (home, office,...). Then chose the address in the checkout page if your are connected.

    Expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes.

  • Returns

    How can I return an item ordered on us.juliettehasagun.com ?

    Buying perfume online can be tricky. To issue a return, please click here and follow the steps to generate your return shipping label (US customers only).

    Simply enter your order number, print your return label, and attach it to the original packaging.

    You are entitled to return any product (except samples/travel sprays, bath & body items, Discovery Sets and Personal Care Items) ordered via the website us.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:

    “Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Item purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”

    We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the us.juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.

    All returns entered into our system will be charged $10 to the buyer.

    Once the returned products are received, the credit card refund will usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

    *Please note that Discovery Sets, Samples, and Personal Care Items are final sale.

    All personal care and grooming products include:

    - all travel sizes (7.5ml)

    *All items requested for re-order are waived the entire amount of refund of the product requested for shipment. All items are subject to review through the appropriate allocated customer care team to initiate store credit on a case-to-case basis.

    Juliette Has a Gun reserves the right to deny any and all requests made for refund and resubmitted orders for shipment or returned products.

  • Black friday Cashback

    how to benefit from the 30% cashback:

    1. Place an order on the eshop between 11/24/23 and 11/27/23 until 11:59pm. All orders placed during this time period will automatically be eligible for the 30% cashback. The 30% value is calculated on the total paid for products (after any discount). No shipping costs will be taken into account for the 30% cashback calculation. If your order is cancelled, your cashback will be cancelled too.

    2. Once the order is placed, sign in or create your account with the same email used to checkout. In your account (on this page https://us.juliettehasagun.com/account), click on the « MY WALLET » button.

    3. You will access your personal wallet page with your cashback balance (on this page https://us.juliettehasagun.com/apps/frontend/my_wallet). In the redeem cashback section, you will be able to generate your coupon in one or multiple occasions. Meaning you will be able to use it all in one order. But you may also want to split it to use it in several orders. It's up to you, really! Just enter the value of the coupon you want to generate, and click «REDEEM NOW». Not ready to choose right now? Don't worry, you can come back to this page at any given time.

    4. And voilà, use the generated coupon on your next purchase on the eshop us.juliettehasagun.com until October 31st 2024.

    How long is the coupon code valid for?

    Once the coupon is received you will have two months to use the credit towards your favorite Juliette has a Gun product.

    How do I use the coupon code that I received when I purchased the Discovery Set?

    It’s very simple!

    Once you add a product from the Eshop https://us.juliettehasagun.com/ to your cart, enter the code into the designated area. When applied, the price of the discovery set will automatically be deducted from the total. 

    Please note that the coupon will only be valid for 2 months and can only be applied towards any purchase of a full-size product, excluding the Discovery Set.

    Can I use my coupon to buy a Discovery Set?

    The offer is only applicable towards the purchase of a full-size product (50, 75 or 100ml). This does not include the Discovery Set.

    "How can I apply my gift card to my order ?"
    The Gift Card is exclusive to our website: us.juliettehasagun.com. Apply the code during payment validation and it's all set!


    "What can I pay with a gift card ?"
    The Gift Card:
    - can be applied until its balance runs out for distinct orders.
    - is valid for all Juliette has a Gun items, excluding purchases of gift cards.
    - can be used to cover shipping expenses
    - must be used within the one-year validity period, before the expiration date.


    "Is it possible to apply two gift cards to a single order?"
    Of course, you can cumulate two gift cards! :)


    "I made an error in selecting the delivery date for my gift card. What should I do?"
    Based on these scenarios:
    - if the date precedes the purchase day, your gift card will be sent automatically upon validation of the order.
    - if the date matches the purchase day, your gift card will be automatically transmitted upon order validation.
    - if the date falls after the purchase day, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.


    "I have placed an order for a gift card, but I wish to cancel it and receive a refund. What's the process?"

    Where can I find my invoice?

    You have access to all your invoices in “My Account.”  

    How can I modify my order ?

    Once your order has been confirmed, it will be in preparation and ready for expedition. You can not modify it.

    What if I received the wrong product ?
