What is your return/exchange policy?
Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume youβve ordered doesnβt suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:
βItems must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailerβs return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.β
