The name "Not a Perfume"

It's named "Not a Perfume" because it enhances your natural skin scent. You know that clean, fresh, kind of comforting smell of skin? That’s Not a Perfume. Think pheromones gone wild. Skin but better.

    It’s easy to wear, it’s endlessly versatile and it has the ability to make you feel polished with zero effort. It is an addictive skin scent.

    Perfume notes

    Made of a single ingredient, Cetalox, it has no top or heart notes. Cetalox is usually used as a base note in perfume compositions. Here it takes the leading role. Its complex structure is known to exhale musky, woody and animalistic tonalities. A sensuality which evokes the smell of the skin.

    • How to use it

      Spray the fragrance directly onto the skin on pulse points (neck, inside of wrists and elbows,...) letting it air dry without rubbing it.
      For even better longevity, spray it on top of an unscented body lotion.

    • How to store it

      For better preservation of your fragrances, store them ideally in a dark and cool space, keeping them away from the sunshine.

    I use it regularly to bring elegance to my creations because of its unique and inimitable woody, musky finesse.
    So this time I have created a perfume out of this one ingredient.
    A perfume that won’t be one in the conventional sense of the term because it’s not a composition"

    Smells like bookloft by BBW

    This year, I discovered the bookloft candle at bath & body. I absolutely love it. I got this perfume through a travel size perfume subscription and was so excited when I received it because it basically smells just like the bookloft scent, but better, in such a unique way. My husband loves it. I like to put some on before bed and he can’t keep his face out my chest ;)

    I thought I would like it, but my body chemistry just doesnt mix well and doesnt smell good on me.
    I can’t say that I don’t recommend it, I just wont buy it again for me. I wish it smelled good on me, but sadly, it mskes me smell like I’m wearing a much too mature scent for my “taste”.
