At Juliette Has A Gun we offer free delivery on all orders from $50 for all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Our delivery options are USPS (Standard delivery) and UPS (Express delivery).

Shipping times may vary depending on the state we’re shipping to:

  • Standard delivery (USPS) : 3 to 6 business days.
  • Express delivery (UPS) : 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume you’ve ordered doesn’t suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:


“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”

Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.

I haven’t found a Juliette not a perfume that I don’t like. They all smell amazing!

The perfume smells lovely but doesn’t last even for 5 minutes. You can keep on spraying layer upon layer it still disappears in no time. What a waste of money!!!

Hi Seema, we're sorry to hear about that! Our advice in this case would be to spray it on top of an unscented body lotion/oil, or on top of clothes as this truly helps with the longevity of any perfume

Okay, I must first say I was very intrigued by the name of this fragrance. That is what initially caught my attention. It sounded very inviting & quirky & made me want to see what was up with it. Let me just say this perfume did not disappoint & is appropriately labeled. This scent smells very creamy, with an almost nutty/buttery finish. But also a sweetness & a very light touch of soapy. Very warm, very woody, it is velvet personified . I don’t do the scents-for-only-a-season ritual, I wear whatever I like year round. This is a new favorite for sure & I encourage you to get it. I will be ordering the bigger size as I only purchased the travel size of this & my original favorite, vanilla vibes!

Most woody parfums are either too floral or too musky. Creamy is absolute best description of this scent. This has become my signature scent. Strong enough to last all day without overwhelming those around you. The perfect balance.

Sandalwood lovers rejoice

This fragrance is so lovely. Powerful enough to smell it on yourself throughout the day, but not overwhelming leaving a cloud of scent behind for all to smell. If you love the original “not a perfume”, this truly reminds me of that - however this is quite heavy on the sandalwood, which I personally LOVE!!!! Personally, I feel this scent leans more unisex than feminine and it has such a unique profile. Not many perfumes carry such a strong sandalwood note. Fragrance preference is highly personal but I definitely recommend you give this a try!

I absolutely love this scent. Usually the more compliments I get on a perfume, the more I wear it. I couldn't care less if anyone else likes this because i love it. makes me happy just smelling it. Please never discontinue this! I'd be so sad!

Let's absolutely wear the scents *we* love, after all we're the most important persons in our life! Don't worry we don't plan on discontinuing this fragrance anytime soon
