What is your return policy?

You are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:

“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Item purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies.

Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”

Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. All returns entered into our system will be charged $10 to the buyer.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.
