I received my third bullet spray and it's absolutely perfect so far.
More to the reason for my 3rd post is JHAG's customer service.
They reached out to me having seen the review, before I could contact them and offered solutions, total healing balm. They thought of all the different ways this was bad luck for me and super inconvenient, then made it right!
I'm really impressed with the thoroughly thoughtful and personal CS here.

Okay, I'm about to receive my third little spray. I'm not usually a sucker, and don't like to throw away money... I'm on a tight budget... im holding on to hope- third time's a charm.
To explain: the first atomizer I received immediately malfunctioned. JHAG was just awesome and didn't just send me the part to fix it, but a whole new bullet.
One of the things I love about it is that it's not only gorgeous and makes a statement, it delivers a beautiful mist. My first two did anyway...the second was great until it simply stopped spraying. It feels like pressure building or blocking, but it's not. Did all the trouble shooting and cleaning. It's broken. That's two. But i won't be Bleu.
Third times a charm. And should arrive on my birthday. I think this will be the one!!! 🤞❤️

The cutest purse accessory ever

I really am enjoying this refillable atomizer. It is very portable and is sturdy. It is not the easiest to fill but it also isn’t difficult. I like that it is made in France and that the inner container is made of glass. I just wish it was cushioned in some way so it won’t break ( it seems if you drop it, it might break, not that it has happened). All in all very happy with the bullet.

Bought this for my husband who travels weekly for work and was carrying around glass bottles. I wanted something that wasn’t glass or plastic, durable, and easy to fill, otherwise he wouldn’t use it. Super sturdy, has a metal funnel for filling, didn’t leak, and everything is metal (besides the atomizer straw.) Held up perfectly, high quality. 1000/10

This little atomizer exceeded my expectations!!! I was already excited about it- such a darling idea...when it arrived i was totally tickled!!! It has heft. The inner liner is glass, not plastic. The packaging is lush. I saw reviews that noted black 'paint ' or something in the cap-- i see that a tad. It's erosion- when metal touches metal...humidity..im not overly worried. I put a tiny bit of olive oil, like just coated pinky finger, and ran along the inside of the cap. We'll see. Also, as I've said so much already, JHAGs fragrances smell best when sprayed imo. I think of them and treat them like wine. Cool, dark place- aeration...scents change a bit throughout your day!! 💖 They've got me. Customer for life!

This is so adorable and I love how easy it is to refill. I've been using samplers when I travel but they're so much smaller and it's always a different scent. I love being able to take my favorites on the go with this!

Such a cool travel sized tool. Well made and feels good in the hand.
