At Juliette Has A Gun we offer free delivery on all orders from $50 for all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Our delivery options are USPS (Standard delivery) and UPS (Express delivery).

Shipping times may vary depending on the state we’re shipping to:

  • Standard delivery (USPS) : 3 to 6 business days.
  • Express delivery (UPS) : 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume you’ve ordered doesn’t suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:


“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”

Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.

These scents absolutely don’t work on me. They’re all way too floral or cologne-like for my taste. I will not be purchasing again.

I did not care for half of these scents. Really bummed that Mmm wasn’t an option to try. I used to enjoy getting these scents with my Ipsy bags, so I was excited to try more. Also, I never received the code for $34 off next purchase.

I LOVE all the fragrances I got in the discovery set that I immediately bought larger sizes of two of the scents included. This set is such a good way to try out a few scents and figure out which one you are going to purchase in full-size.
