At Juliette Has A Gun we offer free delivery on all orders from $50 for all states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
Our delivery options are USPS (Standard delivery) and UPS (Express delivery).

Shipping times may vary depending on the state we’re shipping to:

  • Standard delivery (USPS) : 3 to 6 business days.
  • Express delivery (UPS) : 2 to 3 business days.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Most of our full size perfumes will be shipped with a sample so you can try it before opening the packaging. If the perfume you’ve ordered doesn’t suit, you are entitled to return any product (except samples and Discovery Sets) ordered via the website www.juliettehasagun.com within the 15 days following the date of delivery, and subject to the following terms and conditions:


“Items must be returned in their original condition, sealed, together with a note containing your name, address and order number. Only e-commerce orders from our official website are accepted. Items purchased in-store from third party retailers must be returned to the original point of sale and are subject to the retailer’s return policies. Open products can't be returned or exchanged.”

Caution: The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products purchased on the juliettehasagun.com website in our physical sales outlets.

I got a deluxe sample in a boxy charm and was blown away by how good it smells. I'm extremely picky about my perfumes and this scent is so wonderful. Superdose and Lust for Sun are amazing! Quick shipping and lots of samples from the company made my purchase even better!

I like being able to try all the different fragrances. I’ve wondered what the others smell like. I have only tried one scent, and now I’ve tried them all. Great trial pack.

I've worn and love Not A Perfume and was hoping to find another scent I liked, but I didn't care for any of the scents in the Discovery Set unfortunately.

well you win some, you lose some, at least you still love Not a Perfume! hoping you can find someone in your life to gift these to so that they find their match ;)

These smaller versions mean you get a lot of bang for your buck. You also get to try the different scents so you can have different smells depending on the occasion or pick you signature scent
